Used JCB Crawler Excavator

Micro tracked excavators from JCB weighing less than a tonne include the 8008 CTS, which is a model that has been specified with dimensions that make it possible to squeeze it through a standard sized doorway. This means it can reach places that other excavators cannot go, without requiring that entire walls are torn down to make way for its passage. In spite of its small size this model can still dig to depths of up to 1.69 metres, while the maximum dump height is a practical 1.98 metres, which helps when moving loose material to a waste receptacle. Other conveniences include a tubular boom design, through which the hydraulic circuits are routed. This allows for lower overall weight while also increasing durability and functionality.

The mini tracked excavators that JCB has on offer include models weighing in at under five tonnes as well as those weighing between five and 10 tonnes. Sitting in the lighter category is the 8040 ZTS, which has a max dig depth of 3.525 metres and a 34kW engine from Perkins. The hydraulic system can detect the weight of the load that the bucket is handling and will adjust the flow of fluid appropriately, which means that a more precise and efficient operation is assured. It also makes this model more powerful than many of its competing tracked excavators in this category. Meanwhile the comfortable cab is also an asset, as are the speeds at which this tracked vehicle can move when it is travelling across the site.

JCB excavators from the current generation, as well as used models, tend to offer class-leading features in areas such as operator comfort, safety, and maximum digging depth and swing radius. From 12 tonnes to 37 tonnes, its large tracked excavators are built with the same ingenuity as the micro and mini tracked excavators, making it easy to understand why this company has become synonymous with the equipment it creates.Large tracked excavators from JCB come in various models, with easy to identify features and benefits that help buyers work out which is going to be a sensible investment. This include HRD variants which are designed specifically to cope with demolition work, XD models which are built to be even more rugged than standard excavators so that unforgiving environments are not overbearing, and also ME models that are all about offering high load capacities and pure power for the efficient shifting of large amounts of material.
