Hitachi has an extensive range of loaders all of which are of wheeled construction. There are 11 machines in the range. The entry level Hitachi loader is the ZW65. This is a compact wheel loader that is designed to be comfortable and reliable and suited to a wide range of tasks. There is a spacious cab with a comfortable seat, complete with armrests.
A low noise engine and ergonomic controls make it a pleasant place to work and there is excellent all round visibility from the easy to access cab. The new Z bar loader linkage contributes to that better visibility, while the fork attachment gives superb parallel lifting capabilities. The ZW65 can also be used for ground finishing work with the bucket attachment. The machine has simple operation from a single joystick and offers great lifting capability and excellent traction. There is also easy access to all service components.
The ZW65 is part of a series of Hitachi loaders that also includes the ZW75 and ZW95. In this series, operating weights range from 5,140kg through 5,340kg to 6,280kg. Bucket capacities are up to 0.85 cubic metres for the ZW65; 1.05 cubic metres for the ZW75 and 1.2 cubic metres for the ZW95. Engine outputs are 59.9hp on the ZW65 and ZW75 and 71hp on the ZW95.
